Positive: The buildings and location were quite beautiful - rustic but classy and very peaceful - except for the proximity to the railway and the many whistles through the night. I can see why earplugs are supplied. The bed was super comfortable and the noise from neighbours negligible to non-existent. A lovely accommodation and the off season rate (they are a winter heli-skiing operation) was excellent.

Negative: Just the railway noise - I am surprised the town/accommodation businesses have not succeeded in having a no-whistle (automated crossings required perhaps) request put in place?!

Positive: This is a beautiful property in a beautiful setting in the mountains. We stopped over en route home to Vancouver but I would definitely consider a stopover for a few days here, the room was excellent and I expect that their restaurant across the road would be great as well.

Positive: Beautiful setting with lakeside cabins. Great facilities with canoes, paddleboards, and fire pit! Stunning room and bathroom. Staff were exceptional, thanks to Sam for going above and beyond at checkin to make the experience wonderful.

Negative: Literally everything is so perfect EXCEPT there is combo shampoo / body wash? In this high end place? Come on, help a girl out here.
