Positive: A quick walk from the overnight parkade. The hotel is in the centre of the town. Ample space and modern design.

Negative: Downside was that we were there on a Saturday evening and you could hear the parties happening in the square until very late at night so it was hard to sleep.

Summary: Beautiful spot but noisy at night due to location.

Positive: The location was superb, in amazing Piazza Arringo, which is the oldest piazza in Ascoli Piceno with the cathedral and palaces. Very close to Piazza del Popolo and other interesting places. This oblong square is full of cafes and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day, the air con worked well and the breakfast was good. The staff were nice and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: I liked everything.

Positive: The property was centrally located on Piazza Aringo. Easy to access the old part of the city in a pedestrian area. Lots of cafes and museums. Everything only a short walk away.

Negative: As the property is in a plaza access with luggage required finding a park and bringing luggage behind you.

Summary: Perfect location close to key attractions and numerous cafes close by. Everything only a short walk away.

Positive: The location was perfect. All the piazzas were within walking distance with lots of entertainment. Parking was a 10 euro flat fee with no and out privileges. Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioner was fantastic. The hotel was very clean. Wifi was also great. They provided free tea and espresso, fresh towels, fresh water and milk in the mini fridge located in our room daily. The cleaning staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was in yes the piazza at Il Duomo Cafeteria approximately 10 metres away. There was a wide variety of pastries, coffees and staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this B&B and will be staying here again.
