This quiet neighborhood house is conveniently midway between the Gulf beaches and Tampa attractions (Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa), and Orlando attractions (Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld). The small but fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, the washer and dryer are yours to use, parking is off-street in a driveway, and in addition to the three bedrooms, additional sleeping is available on the large wrap-around couch.

Summary: Our host was very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with - the property location very convenient, house offered plenty of space, was clean and included many helpful extra amenities such as hair dryers, blenders,etc.which was greatly appreciated . All services worked well(a/c, internet, dishwasher, laundry machines), and made this stay very enjoyable...looking forward to revisiting this site in the future!

Summary: My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Sun n Fun in Lakeland. This comfortable home ended up being cheaper than a hotel room! Location was in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from Lakeland. Very clean property, easy keypad door entry on arrival. comfortable beds and cold AC. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Came down to Florida from Tennessee to visit my grandchildren and my sisters the house essentially located between where they all live. Good area. You feel safe there. Nice home comfortable all the amenities that you need. Are there. Look forward to staying there again this is our second time staying there and will definitely book this place
