Positive: The location is perfect. Gorgous would still be underselling it. Everything worked perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.

Negative: We arrived late in the evening. I think we drove past the property twice before we identified it. So points in stealth but maybe a larger plaque for the house name would help.

Positive: The adjacent walled garden was a very nice addition to the property. Despite the very remote location, shops and places were easy to reach. We enjoyed our first time on the Isle of Wight.

Negative: The dishwasher could've done with a bit of TLC (topping up and general maintenance). We hand-washed all the crockery and cutlery before use. Like with most self-catering places, they're more suited for couples getting takeaways rather than young families.

Summary: Pleasant place to stay but could be improved for young families.

Positive: Lovely single storey two bedroom cottage/lodge set to the side of a beautiful walled garden. Situated in a quiet location to the south of the island with village post office/shop nearby and access to coastal paths. Everything was provided and exactly as pictured. Perfect location for relaxing, walking or visiting the rest of the island.
