Positive: Opening the window reveals a stunning view of snow-capped mountains. The room is exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, even providing us with local fruits and dried snacks as a welcome gift. The Chinese tea supplied in the room is delicious. The underfloor heating keeps the space wonderfully warm, and complimentary oxygen is available in the room—a thoughtful touch. Soaking up the sun on the balcony while gazing at the mountains is pure bliss.

Positive: The staff helped us arrange a vehicle from Chengdu, making the journey here very convenient. The room is comfortable, with the snow-capped mountains right outside the window. There's no need to worry about altitude sickness, as oxygen is available in the room—and it's complimentary. The staff are friendly, assisting with our luggage and offering advice on travel routes. The hot water is excellent, and the hygiene standards are very high. Communication with the staff was smooth throughout our stay. This is a wonderful place that I would gladly recommend to friends and family.
