Summary: Your front desk staff was excellent, friendly, and very accommodating. Our room was clean & inviting. We had a pleasant stay.

Summary: I did not receive housekeeping service during my stay, and I wasn't quite sure why. This was not a major inconvenience, but somewhat confusing. When I arrived back at the hotel on Friday evening, June 27th, my keys would not work. Also, not a severe issue, but somewhat bothersome. The A/C in the room is very noisy and woke me up several times during the night. Not sure there's anything that can be done about it. But wanted to inform the management. Otherwise, my stay was just fine and the staff that I interacted with were very friendly.

Summary: Well the location was convenient and the price was reasonable, but the bed was hard and lumpy. I couldn't get comfortable and couldn't sleep well. Ended up only getting four and a half hours of sleep before getting up just to get out of there. While it looks relatively clean, when you start actually looking, there was overflowing trash cans by the secondary exits including lots of beer bottles. Seems maybe the young and thrifty crowd has discovered this place. Also hear people talking for a while outside my room at about 4 am (likely they were outside "partying" at the wee hours. wouldn't recommend this place unless you like hard uncomfortable beds i

Summary: Hotel location is good ... a little quirky to get to but good. Parking is very limited. Thermostat on wall was broken ... buttons fell out when touched ... not replaced. AC worked ok without it.
