Summary: My stay was very nice except there was water under the bathroom tile in my room. When you step on the floor you could see water coming through the cracks. Other than that my room was very clean.

Summary: ’m disappointed with my recent stay. I requested a late checkout due to my disabled mother not feeling well, but the staff denied the request, stating they needed to clean the room. However, as we were leaving, I noticed staff still cleaning other rooms — which made it clear that allowing us an extra hour wouldn’t have significantly impacted their schedule. What’s one room out of many? Given the circumstances, I expected a little more empathy and flexibility. Unfortunately, I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.

Summary: Clean. Elevator did not work. Card keys did not work and had to reprogramed a couple of times. Ice machines were broke except the one on the fourth floor. Bathtub was narrow. It was fine if you only showered but uncomfortable for a normal 5'11" man to attempt to bath.
