Summary: This was my second stay at this location. Most recently I stayed with my teenage son while attending a hockey camp for the Pontiacs from April 4-7. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great every morning. We had packed food from home to save on $$ eating out while in Bonnyville, but discovered on Saturday mid day that our fridge was not working and all our food was spoiled and some ice cream we purchased had melted. As we passed by the front desk to go get lunch from a restaurant instead of eating our spoiled heat-ups, we let the front desk know. The staff member was very apologetic. When we returned to our room, there was a nice handwritten note from the staff, the fridge was getting cold, and we had free snacks, fresh fruit, bottled waters and a $25 dollar gift card. Excellent response to an event that wasn't really anyone's fault.
