Summary: Staff was nice but the hotel was not clean, breakfast was minimal in comparison to other locations and was gross. Very watery gravy (brown water with small amount of chunk-you can guess what it looked like…disgusting), scrambled eggs were cold and microwaved sausage that was kind of gray colored. Went to get water from the water fountain and it was shut off. Popcorn popper but no popcorn, no remote in the room for the TV, dirty walls and couch in my room (no way I was sitting on it)! It seemed like every corner was cut to save money at the expense of those paying to stay at the hotel. I have stayed at other Microtel locations and loved them. This one needs to step it up.

Summary: Exactly what we needed in route to Boise. Despite it's proximity to the freeway, the noise wasn't bad. The property shows some signs of wear, but nice and clean. Met the new owners who were very nice and seemed proud of the property. If they take care of a few little details, they'll have something nice here in Rawlins. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but about what you expect and a nice start to the day. Overall, we were please with our one night stay and would stay there again.

Summary: No lamps in room, wall stained with some sort of spill stain. Had to give up room key in order to check out. Never have been asked to do that before at other hotels.

Summary: We had stayed here before but had a different room this time. It was not in as great of condition as the room we had in the past. They are pet friendly and have great amenities for pets.
