Positive: We really enjoyed absolutely everything about Micro_Ble! The location is perfect, with all amenities, the beach, and bus stops within five minutes walk. This includes a well stocked supermarket, a lovely local Taverna, an ATM. The beach is quiet, as well as having a lifeguard service. The accommodation itself has everything you might need for a relaxing stay and is very well equipped, very clean, and comfortable. Sometimes in self catering accommodation there are things that one is left wanting for, but not here, it is extremely well equipped and there is a full size fridge and oven, as well as a washing machine. The wifi is also very good and I was able to do some bandwidth-intensive meetings without any problem. As such, Micro_ble could also be great for someone such as a writer, looking to work remotely in a beautiful location. The pool is a highlight, and is immaculately clean, as is the rest of the accommodation. We particularly enjoyed having both the pool area, as well as the garden with additional sturdy loungers for sunbathing and a hammock. It must also be mentioned that Katerina and her family as extremely kind, thoughtful, and hospitable, which made our 12 day stay even more enjoyable. Katerina very kindly brought us wine her husband had made, grapes, and other local delicacies, which was wonderful. We arrived outwith the designated arrival time, and it was pretty late, but Katerina still welcomed us so very kindly, even ensuring we had food in the fridge after our travels. The whole vibe is very chilled, and we immediately felt relaxed and at home. Micro_ble truly felt like our home for our entire stay and we plan to return. Thank you Katerina and family for making our holiday so very special!

Positive: I loved my stay at Katerina's place. It was clean and had everything I needed. Peaceful, surrounded by a lovely, well looked after garden, with the shaded patio with the table and chairs. The private pool was the best! The beach is about 200 meters from the house. Shops 5 minutes walk away. The bigger town, Kolymbari, with lots of shops, supermarket, tavernas and restaurants about 15 mins walk away. You can also take a bus to get there if you don't feel like walking. Buses run every 30 mins and they are reliable. Chania town about 45 mins by bus. Though I would recommend to hire the car to go and explore this beautiful island. Katerina was a truly great host. She was attentive and kind and made me feel very welcome. She lives next door and regularly checked if I am ok or if I need anything. She even took me to the small market in Kolymbari which is on every Friday where the locals sell the most amazing fresh vegetable, fruits, honey, cheese... She also treated me to the small trip to the nearby village to see the oldest olive tree in the world and the small olive museum. Gifted me a bottle of red wine her husband makes - one of the most delicious wine I have ever tasted! Also gave me fresh cucumbers from her mother in law's garden - all these little touches which made my stay very special. Thank you very again much Katerina for your "Philoxenia".
