Positive: Absolutely stunning location , beautiful rooms The staff were very polite

Negative: The food situation totally let this hotel down . I was disappointed when I was served ham in my sandwich , after ordering only cheese tomato and avocado . I asked for a new one , only to discover my sandwich had just been dissected and the ham removed . I could have done that ! It still tasted and smelt of ham . The apologies were abundant , but I was left without lunch . It took 30 mins to prepare that one and I wasn’t going to wait again ! The hotel doesn’t cater really for vegetarians . I found it disrespectful to think that simply removing the ham from my sandwich was acceptable . The evening meal , although tasty was also a very long time being prepared . The morning buffet was definitely not worthy of 5*

Summary: We had a lovely time , but the food was a compete let down .

Positive: Hotel's interior & exterior although some renovations are needed. Rooms and service overall.

Negative: It's mandatory in any restaurant to have air exhaustion system so food's cooking & smell can probablly sucked.

Positive: Good location. Clean and very comfortable beddings. Tennis court. Nice restaurant.

Negative: Sauna not complimentary (100MAD) Small rooms

Positive: Amazing hotel with very responsive staff, especially the friendly reception team. The facilities are outstanding and really made the stay enjoyable.

Negative: Just a couple of details to highlight: the room service prices shown on the in-room tablet didn’t fully match the actual charges, which could be improved. Also, considering the nightly rate, I believe bottled water should be complimentary whenever ordered, not only during turndown. Overall, though, a fantastic experience and I would gladly return.

Positive: I love everything about it, that I even booked another stay just one day after my 5 days stay. Beautiful view The Amazigh tents The music played the evening

Negative: What could be improved: I wish water, coffee and tea and toiletries were served more often to our rooms without me having to call room service. I wish balconies (for rooms not suits) were larger, they would have been more comfortable, additionally there's a gap in the balcony between the wood and the floor tiles, where if you don't pay attention you can drop your small belongings to the floor below. It feels like the rooms aren't sound proof, since we can hear coughing and sometimes talks, making us think we're probably going to be heard by other guests. The music is repetitive every day we hear the same songs singed.

Summary: Great stay !
