Welcome to Casa De RISA! We are excited to introduce a little slice of tropical paradise in the city of West Park located within 15 mins to Hallandale, Hollywood, Dania and Fort Lauderdale Beaches.. RISA is a luxury, 4 bd/2ba pool home created for your comfort. The spacious split home has a formal living, dining and open family room, equipped kitchen and indoor bar; then Voila!! A private backyard oasis to swim, grill, and soak up the sun! Enjoy quiet parties, retreats, meetings, filming or even a place to entertain outdoor under the stars. This 1959 build has been modernized into a modern space for quiet enjoyment.
The space
Stay connected at home with free WIFI, coffee/tea and always available are sanitizer and compressed towels for your wellness and well being. We have deliberately kept an open plan to give you comfort during your stay. Just off the master bedroom, we created a little mini gallery that also doubles as a quiet room for reading or 'alone time'. All paintings in Casa Del RISA are available for sale on request.
We have provided a ramp at the entrance of the house and a ramp between the kitchen and the family to make it wheelchair accessible with all rooms on the same level.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire house as it is fully fenced for you alone. There are no shared spaces with anyone else.

Summary: clean and roomy house, very comfortable, we had a lot of place to relax, good communication with home owner, all supplies provided to make it a pleasant stay. lots of towels and kitchen supplies. we used the pool and it was very nice and clean. nice and private property.

Summary: It was ok, was expecting a little more of the backyard. No putt putt, basketball goal didn’t have a net and was covered by neighbors tree limbs. We did enjoy pool I would say. Oh yeah it was very warm in the house throughout the day especially in master suite. Back door handle was broken.
