Summary: Pros: -House was clean, which we appreciated! -Fast communication to property manager when we had questions and when washing machine wasn’t working -Hot tub and pool were greatCons:-House was marketed as sleeping 12. Not enough dishes to serve everyone, we had to hand wash cups and bowls so everyone could eat at a mealtime.-kitchen needs kitchen towels and dish cloths, no broom or anything to clean floors during our stay-Literally one couch and one chair in living room. Huge pool table in middle of living room. Not enough furniture for us to sit down on. -very lumpy/uncomfortable king mattress. Lots of very flat pillows-no basic instructions for the house, we had to then message host for directions to turn on hot tub and any check out instructions and any other information needed about the house. If you are there to just sleep then this is the house for you! Otherwise, it wasn’t set up for a group of people to cook and hang out at the house!

Summary: Here are the Good things:Property was spic and span clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Walmart and Publix within a mile. There is a gourmet kitchen outside by the pool area. There is a pool table in the living room. There was a wine bottle for us with some snacks. Nice touch.The bathroom in the two double bed room was fabulous. That is it!!Here are the Bad things:The 4 bedrooms, one is a garage turned into a bedroom. Two single beds in 2 very small tiny rooms. The beds are so soft you can feel the springs!! The King bed needs to be trashed! The bed is completely worn out. So were the beds in other two bedrooms. One of the bed in the two doubled bed was ok. And so was one of the bed in bunkbed bedroom.The bathroom in the King masterbed (with horrible bed) has no room for keeping any amenities. Very tiny sink area. The water did not drain properly.Here is the worst one; you literally cannot use the main kitchen. There is no exhaust. The tiny window above the stove is your exhaust. You cannot open the window during inclement weather. If you use the stove, the alarm starts screaming. Even though there is gourmet kitchen outside, you cannot run back and forth.Just for beds I will not recommend anyone to stay. Unless there is mention the beds were changed!! We did not sleep any nights we were there. We changed bedroom from our adult kids just to sleep one night. Did not workThe kitchen had very LIMITED pots and pans. Two or three pots and two pans.

Summary: The house was overall great and we loved the pool area and games. It would be nice to have a bigger table inside when it really gets hot. Plenty of parking and the rooms were nice. Kitchen was also nice could use some larger bowls for mixing things or large salad etc. easy to talk to person in charge and easy instructions for entering.

Summary: Our stay was so great with friends, the house had most everything we needed. Having the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was a plus. Also, having a place to do laundry. The pool and hot tub were also a nice treat to our stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Miami. The pool is so fun. It has a very shallow “shelf” area that the little guys loved and a warm hot tub and the main pool. The kitchen and outdoor grill area were great for making meals. Plenty of beds for everyone. Thank you!!!

Summary: The place was perfect for our needs. The bed or adequate the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was not warm and due to the weather we did not get the opportunity to enjoy the outside pavilion. But overall I would stay there again.

Summary: Once I made it there it felt like home never wanted to leave. The host is the best very clean worth every penny and will do every time in Miami. Excellent communication makes you relax and a lot of stores 2 mins away so make sure u check gps took us ten minutes away to stores that was the same around the corner. If you listen to me rent it no doubts!!!
