Summary: AC was not working well my credit card was taken at check in but when I ordered room service they asked for cash because I did not have a card number on file. Food and drinks were good. Shower designed by a man and not good.

Summary: The room was a bit small. There was only one coffee pack for two of us. There was no cups in the bathroom etc. and the food in the restaurant was over priced and felt like airport food. The fish tacos fish was watery. The chicken sandwich chicken was about a quarter inch thick and did not even cover the sandwich. The fries were barely warm. The sandwich was dry. When we needed something additional, we noticed that the waiter was over texting instead of watching the tables. I literally could’ve got a better meal going to a fast food restaurant. It was very poor. The gym was nice. The staff was helpful. I didn’t really care for the parking situation going through a gate because when I got to the gate, the key didn’t work. It was supposed to give me free parking.

Summary: Check-in was quite late because we had a very long flight to Miami, and we were looking for something to eat when we arrived at the hotel. The surprise was that we found a restaurant right there in the hotel. We were even more surprised to discover that the food and service were very good. Thank you so much. Very convenient.

Summary: The hotel overall was great. Nice to have that quality so close to the airport. The restaurant was fantastic. So was the staff. The shower water was quickly warm with good pressure. The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was not comfortable, especially the pillows. BYOP ;)
