Positive: The room was comfortable and clean, the best thing about the room was all of the small extra comforts for example coffee pod machine, slippers, eye masks, washing powder and clothes bag, phone chargers on the bedside tables, 3 pillow choices - hard medium and soft. All small things, but a really nice touch to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Negative: The only thing I could fault is that the coffee cups were stained inside, there was really nothing bad about the room at all

Negative: Needed WiFi to access WiFi code so couldn’t connect laptop to WiFi! No instructions for coffee machine so couldn’t use.

Negative: Heater didn’t work off aircon system and no instructions to work the frother on nespresso machine so couldn’t have coffee in my room.

Positive: A great location to base yourself for sightseeing in the Ferguson Valley. Mia Mia is a clean and comfortable studio room at The Sanctuary Golf Resort near Bunbury. The resort pool is available for use, and there is an on-site restaurant and bar. Comfortable bed, large TV, a decent sized bar fridge, modern appliances - and some very much appreciated complimentary water and snacks. Bed linen, bath towels & beach towels were all fresh and great quality unlike many places where you end up with old, threadbare linen! It's clear the Mia Mia managers take pride in the upkeep of their property. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and will definitely book again ourselves.

Negative: Not an issue with the accommodation at all, but just a heads up to others that mosquitos are rife at the resort - Mia Mia could you perhaps supply some bug spray for future visitors?

Positive: Room was set out very nicely. Decor was quite modern. Charging cables, sound speaker, books, games and puzzles all a nice touch. Nice outlook. Very quiet. Not sure if there was someone next door but could not hear anyone. No noise from others in nearby rooms. Heating and cooling great. Nice big TV. Comfortable bed. Bottled water and a couple of snacks available. Coffee machine with milk frother. Other rooms at similar prices do not provide the same level of comfort and items in the room.

Negative: Had to walk from the carpark down some stairs. Probably not so good for older people with larger bags. No room servicing during stay but had enough supplies so was not a big deal.
