Positive: The aircon was working well and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: They only provided 2 pillows. Usually, hotels would provide 4 for a queen-sized bed, specially if the pillow wasn't dense enough. The water had low pressure so showering takes more time than the usual. There were a lot of stains in the bathroom too that made me think that the water isn't filtered well. The showerhead had a lot of stains. I just think it's important to keep the the bathroom clean and sanitized because that is a standard. The bathroom determines if the customer would want to patronize the establishment or not, in this case, I might not come back. They do not have a toilet paper dispenser, something so basic, but not provided. They also just provided a bath towel. For its price, there should have been atleast 1 face towel and a hand towel. And the floor mat wasn't fresh. It was dirty. I hope you know that I'm being organic about my comment hoping that my honest review would help your service's improvement.
