Summary: The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood but very old. It needed some attention. It has an old, musty smell, 2 blinds need replaced, hot water heater sounds like it is going out. No central air, high steps front and back to get in, needs painted. The advertising pictures are great! Lots of nice towels, good water pressure. Left a day early.

Summary: Travelled with my 1yo and other family members to Aurora for a wedding. Initially check in was a little weird. I was told I’d get an email a couple of hours before check in but never received it until I reached out and finally got it a few minutes after check in. Wasn’t that big of a deal and the manager was really good about taking care of it quickly when I reached out. Apartment was nice and clean, as expected in the listing. It had everything we needed traveling with a baby plus lots of extra towels, pillows and sheets. I reached out a few times for minor issues I had around the apartment (window ac unit and broken coffee maker) and they very quickly responded to and handled the issues. Great communication once I was checked into the apartment.

Summary: Older property clean, comfortable and well stocked with Q tips , coffee, creamers, etc. I would stay there again.
