Summary: The hotel had only two elevators and only one of them worked. Only four people at a time or the one working elevators would get stuck. I was forced on two separate occasions to have to walk 7 flights of stairs to get to my room. It was really inconvenient for me to.

Summary: Only one working elevator. If there is any kind of event , expect to wait to park. We were told the event taking place would be done around 3am ….. and we could try agian then. Hotel guests with rooms should be prioritized. No breakfast

Summary: Pros: This hotel is gorgeous, friendly staff, hot breakfast in a beautiful dining room with classy glasses and silverware. Cons: They do not supply wash cloths only hand towels and bath towels. Also one of the elevators was down which mean the wait time was super long. I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

Summary: Being staying here for years when I came to visit my family. The lobby has been redone very bright and nice when you walk in but when u get to your room that's where ends. The rooms definitely need to be updated. AND THEY DON'T HAVE WASHCLOTHS I asked the front desk they said it was under new management and they weren't putting them in the room it was a inconvenience to have to go back out to buy washcloths

Summary: Didn’t get too use the bar or restaurant because we had to go to our show I wish we had more time but that wasn’t their fault at all it looked beautiful, the hotel itself was reallly nice looking inside and out enjoyed my stay and for a major event( Chris brown and usher) I got the room month or so ago but it was only like 125 or 130 my only few issues were 1 working elevator and I was mislead on website thinking breakfast was free but apparently there’s no free breakfast it’s 16$ I kindly declined was bummed but it’s not to big of a deal just miseading overall 4/5 stay

Summary: Looked nice in photos, but the hotel is in disrepair, the elevator said Max of 5 people, then it dropped and we had to pry doors open to step down and get off, all they did was change it to a Max of 4 people. Some areas of the hotel felt and looked sketchy, the room was wrong, they tried to give me a double when I reserved a king. No wash clothes, shower moldy. Free breakfast for one member of the party, additional people are $15 each. Personally after walking through the kitchen to the employee elevator, I would not eat there, not even for free. Bed sheets very old and fraying, my stay was only one night, I would not have stayed if it were any longer, and would not book this place again.
