Positive: Central location, clean rooms, good heating.

Negative: Check in was tedious, the machine is on the street, it took a while to register the four of us and it was very cold. One of the rooms did not seem to have hot water.

Positive: The view of the castle from the balcony was amazing. The location is easy to walk to the bridge and the only restaurant open as the Cabana restaurant was undergoing renovations. Easy parking outside. The room was super clean and comfortable. Quiet also as we were the only ones there..

Negative: No staff present at any time though they were easily reached by Whatsup. Building was a bit austere inside. Automatic checkin at the entrance.....not a big fan. Prefer human contact.

Summary: Clean, comfortable stay, though a bit clinical.

Positive: The location is good. Breakfast was good and varied.

Negative: The check-in was done through a machine outside the building, It was not easy to navigate. When we had completed the check-in the machine issued a electronic room key, unfortunately for us the key did not work, we had to wait for 2 hours before it was sorted.
