Summary: This was a great place to stay! Perfect location and the staff were wonderful. Kelyn helped me the most and she was super sweet and patient even though I pestered her like 100 times lol. She also arranged my transport to and from the airport. The room was very comfortable and the food and rooftop terrace were also great - highly recommend!

Summary: The bed was very comfy, although the comforter was too warm for us. I like that they had a refillable water pitcher in the room which could be refilled in the lobby. The entrance was a little confusing with several other businesses sharing the common space. The only slight draw back was the long wait for the hot water to heat. The location was great!

Summary: Pretty decent stay. Well decorated hotel. Front desk staff is awesome. Shout out to Julio! Breakfast might be slow if a lot of people so plan accordingly and leave plenty of time. Good area to walk around. Definitelt recommend.

Summary: The property is beautiful and very spacious. The roof offers a beautiful view of the volcano. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is interesting and tasty. We received a welcome gift of a cocktail /drink of our choice. The customer service is excellent. There is an in-house spa which makes it easy to relax on site. The only drawback is that parking is about six blocks away which isn't bad if you're into walking. However, anyone who is handicapped will have to be dropped off directly at the hotel. Overall would definitely come back better than the Marriott in Cayala.
