Negative: You need a car to go to the beach (~2.5 km). Not a problem for us but so you are aware.

Positive: We loved our stay at Mery’s house! We rate it with 10 because there is no higher option. The house has two bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of space for clothes and other luggage, a kitchen with all required equipment, a patio and a beautiful garden with sun beds, tables and a barbecue. We enjoyed our evenings in the garden where we had dinner and my son was playing around. Last but not least, there was plenty of space for our car, so we didn’t have to worry about it. Mery herself is a wonderful person and host. She was always available and spoiled us with fresh produce from her garden and other nice presents. It’s the perfect place for families and I can’t recommend it enough.

Positive: The house was perfectly clean and well equipped. It had a nice green garden and a shady terrace with comfortable garden furniture. All rooms in the house are individually air-conditioned. The host was very kind: he welcomed us with gifts, cold drinks and fruit. He even offered us a delicious homemade cake the next day. The problem we had was solved immediately: the coffee machine was broken and a new one was brought within hours.

Summary: Lovely house with a nice host in a quiet environment with easy access to both parts of Chalkidiki.
