Summary: They’re needs to be more access points into the property because the tuk tuk drivers always get confused and the guard at the exit point is useless with guidance.

Summary: This hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms look as pictured and are high quality, however there was miscommunications and it lacked some amenities. We stayed for 3 nights and although we hung the “please clean room” sign twice, no staff ever came to clean or refill water/ change towels. The amenities listed state there is a “free stocked minibar” however when we checked out we had to pay for what we drank. The games room also lacked pool balls/ping pong balls which was a bit disappointing. Overall it is a nice hotel and I would stay again, but it was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

Summary: Nice room, excellent view. A new hotel with a few teething issues but staff are helpful. Cleaning staff did a good job. Across the river from the CBD, but not a huge travelling issue.
