Positive: Cleanliness, especially the attached bathroom/toilet.

Negative: Nothing bad as we only stay 1 night and we arrived past 10pm. Me and my wife booked the 3 beds room as it's the only available room. But we feel the room will be too cramp for 3 pax to stay.

Positive: At the end of quite road, with gated parking. Seating area with fridge and kettle. Friendly owner.

Negative: Room was large but spartan, and furniture in common area was dilapidated. Not many restaurants close by, by Grab worked ok.

Positive: Location very near to Mersing city. Easy to access to the restaurant nearby. Mr Kam very good host and friendly. We are very happy for the service provided with the spacious room and bathroom. Recommended to all family to stay at Mersing Maple Villa
