Positive: The property was extremely clean from the lobby, elevator and room service. The room had everything I required and more compared to other hotel’s I’ve stayed at.

Positive: It was nice and beautiful.

Negative: It wasn’t clean. The Floor was dirty, even though house cleaning didn’t clean the floor or moped it. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful. When my wife asked for water the Asian lady at the front desk at night gave her 4 water bottles and 3 milk drinks and suggested her to carry everything by her self. When she asked for a bag she gave attitude. I believe that was rude.

Summary: I would stay again but I would request your front desk staff for more training
