Positive: The layout & facilities in the apartment are very good + it was sunny weather so it was nice to have access to the garden courtyard. Having 2 bathrooms (one a small en suite). Comfortable beds.

Negative: One of the main bedrooms at the back had a pretty bad ant infestation in the en suite which was clearly known about in advance because an ant trap/ant powder had been put down. The small single bedroom also had ant powder in it. The problem didn't get resolved in the 3 days we were there. Parking is pretty difficult & can get expensive if you need parking over several days. Only having one key made it difficult when we had one person staying in & others going out at night - felt dangerous having to effectively lock one person in so the key could be put back in key-box. There was no option to bolt the door on the inside & then be able to open it from outside (alternative was to leave the front door unlocked!) Having to vacate by 10am was a bit early (think you can pay a supplement to check out later) Overall thought it was expensive.

Summary: Mixed feelings, it's spacious & in a good location, but parking is difficult & we had an ant problem

Positive: The location Staff organised a parking permit really quickly when we realised we needed one Outdoor area (not swept)

Negative: When we arrived it was unfortunate Ant powder was in the one bed room (we didn’t know what it was), we’d disturbed an ants nest on the step outside & the outside area hadn’t been swept/cleaned (cigarette buts/bottle tops) so it didn’t give an initial positive impression (the internal living areas were all clean). If we’d been told about the ants and that’s what the powder was we’d have understood.
