Positive: We loved the quiet surroundings and the well-equipped kitchen. Also, appreciated how clean it was, there were enough plates, glasses, and even dishwasher tabs. Upon arriving, we could leave our car on the premises which allowed us an extra day of exploring Utrecht. Communication with the hosts was also very good, they gave perfect infos before arriving and we loved the easy Check-in. There was a smart TV, a well-sized shower and even bikes to take free of charge.
Negative: We didn‘t quite get the furniture situation - if there was a smaller dinner table there would have been space for a little couch or a small other lounge chair. When hanging out, one person always has to stay on the bed. Since the bed is rather small and only has that one lounge chair the apartment is probably better for one person.
Summary: A great place to stay when exploring Utrecht as well as its surroundings

Positive: It’s so nice, you have everything you will need for a trip! It’s a little outside of the city center but that’s not a problem! the walk to the bus has beautiful nature and sweet animals to look at. It’s quiet and clean
Negative: i love everything, but if anything it’s that the bed isn’t that big. but still fits two people so no problem

Positive: Everything was great, the hosts were very friendly, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, a bit rural, but everything is easily accessible by car. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Positive: Very nice, they thought of everything, even added stroopwaffle to sweetnen it all. Will be using next euro trip. And you also get a cuddle from the local cat.
Negative: A little out of the way if you don't have a car. But the 20min walk from the station is a lovely walk.

Positive: Very spacious clean quiet and well lit apartment with friendly host nearby. A perfect stay as regards the property itself
Negative: the only drawback is the location. It is a very quiet pleasant residential area, but there are no shops, cafes or public transport nearby. Unless you have your own transport (bike, scooter or car) it is either a very long walk to the nearest tram stop or else you have to pay for a taxi both ways every day to go to the centre of Urecht, which is a considerable additional expense. But in every other respect, my stay could not have been better
