Negative: Bedding was thin. Tea/coffee cups very small at breakfast. Tea pots would be a great addition for morning tea.

Negative: The room was not kept it was super dusty and unfortunately for me I am highly allergic to dust mites so I did not have a very pleasant stay here. Which is a shame because the location is great.

Positive: Very convenient location (there is a bus stop in front of the hotel), other bus stops and tram stops are within walking distance. The room is spacious.

Negative: The bed and pillows are hard; it's not comfortable. The room feel outdated, and I had requested a quiet room, but in our last day there, a group of tourist stayed near our room, very noisy and even knocked hard on our room door as they thought it was their relatives' room. I ended up scolding them.

Summary: Very conveniently located in the heart of Sydney, yet feels outdated and old for the price we paid.
