Positive: I have stayed here for the past couple of Sydney trips with no issue. Great facilities and location.

Negative: was allocated the room outside of the lift on the 2nd floor. The noise was terrible with people talking outside my door all hours of the night

Positive: Location good as close to family why we chose Mercure again, staff friendly, bed was comfy, room looked clean on arrival.

Negative: TV Chromecast didn't work 1st night of stay so couldn't watch any of our movies for kids as they couldn't fix it till the next day. Phone in room didn't work so couldn't call reception about TV, had to call using our phones still no answer so had to walk down to reception. Not good when our room was the very last and furtherest away. Fridge smelt bad on opening, found a melted ice cream cup in the ice box. Daily Service of room doesn't include a vacuum so a family in a room for 4 days you can imagine will get messy with food etc.
