Summary: The staff was great; they were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was really large and comfortable; breakfast was also really fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next time we stay at the Mercure Sofia!

Summary: Smoking is allowed in the restaurant. When we made a remark about it to a member of the staff, their response was along the lines of "It's up to the manager to fix this, I can't do anything about it"

Summary: Amazing hotel, excellent and friendly staff. Very nice and clean inside. There’s still a bit of work to be done outside, considering that the hotel opened November last year after renovations. Impressive management.
