Positive: Central location. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious.

Negative: Hallways are very outdated. Could do with a lick of paint Mr Faulty. Pelmet in room was broken and unattached at one end. Safe was broken and could not use. A stocked mini bar would be nice.

Summary: Perfect for the time I spent in Sheffield.

Negative: Staff were awful, the new card readers only accepted contactless and not chip and pin payments, and they tried to make out that it was my fault. Won’t be staying here again

Negative: My door entrance key kept malfunctioning each time I left the room. Had to keep making my way to reception. However, staff members delivered a first class service, sorting it, each time. Shower Head(roof one room 126, only cleanliness fault, limescale, but also water leaked out of the shower head from above)

Summary: Meant to be a couples stay, ended up by myself. No fault of hotelVery enjoyable stay. Would book again.

Positive: The room was a good size. Comfy bed and great location. The use of the pool and sauna area was nice before checking out. Good stay would stay again but wouldn't bother with breakfast.

Negative: Breakfast was OK. Basic for the price. Also, I wasn't impressed that we'd paid for breakfast but wasn't included on the breakfast list, so my partner (who joined us later on) was turned away! He did manage to join us later, but what a faf! Plus, we received a 5.30am alarm (phone call) that hadn't been requested. Spoke to reception who were good, they checked their records and had no details as to why this had happened i just thought it was best to say what had happened incase it happened to the next guest.
