Positive: Ease of check-in. The room was spacious and tidy.

Negative: For the money a separate shower should have been the norm. Couldn't get the lights to work in the bathroom. One lift for the entire complex not ideal.

Positive: Good location, coffee machine to the room was good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and worth the money

Negative: Mould in the bathroom, rooms not very clean, doesn’t seem like they ever vacuum more then the walk way, massive dust build up. Body wash empty and no other soap in the room to use. You do hear a lot of noise from neighbours going in and out of balcony or rooms and a lot of traffic noise. Car park is just a dirt spare lot. The freezer was nearly frosted over. No attention to detail or cleanliness. Balcony is tiny and only one chair.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable and great views of the river. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Negative: The furnishings and carpet look new but some of walls and doors need a new coat of paint.
