Positive: The staff were very welcoming and professional. All facilities were fabulous. Cleanliness of room was excellent. Room was quiet.

Negative: The distance to airport shuttle train was further than expected or explained. Fortunately it was not raining in the early hours of the morning as shelter was limited.

Positive: Very convenient for the airport and great for watching aircraft.

Negative: The late check-our policy is poor. I enquired and was told that they would have to check with the manager and that it would cost 50 Euros. I would have expected that in a hotel which is not full, permitting complementary late check-outs for guests with a late flight would be a good approach to customer service.

Positive: The size is okay. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Negative: The layout of the toilet is not good. When we used the wash basin to wash face or brush teeth, we needed to stand very close to the toilet. And there is only small area around the basin for putting toiletries. Among the several hotels in the station for Parking Lot 1, this hotel is the most far away one. We found a little difficult to carry the heavy baggage from/to the station.
