Summary: check in process was very quick. good check out timings compare to other hotels. it was noon rather 10:00AM. amenities is good, staff is helpful.

Summary: Tired Hotel, all had a poor nights sleep - restaurant manger made us feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome & an inconvenience. Really struggling for any positives, front desk staff were nice enough.

Summary: hotel is fine but I tried to use room service overnight just to get some bottled water. there is no in room phone so room service is done via a QR code. nobody replied for an hour so I cancelled. if you can't offer the service 24/7, don't advertise it as such.

Summary: Jacuzzi was broken. Staff didn't inform us at check in. The pool area is not monitored and other guests made the atmosphere very unrelaxing. Only ever one person on reception and took forever to check in or if you have any queries Cleaner didnt get to our room till after 3pm and we had run out of tissue etc. Had to use the loos in reception.

Summary: Stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed our stay so decided to stay here again. I didnt realise that they've recently decided to charge for parking so had to pay £24 to park for 2 nights. Make sure to prebook breakfast or that will be another £16 each. Overall not too bad,but room was a bit smelly and rooms at the front of the hotel facing the main road are noisy at night.
