Positive: The staff were simply the best at making me feel welcome and helping me navigate Nancy for my one-night stay. And its breakfast the next morning was quite literally the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel / Gasthaus / accommodation / bed & breakfast across Europe! After living over five years in England & Germany, plus traveling through over 15 European countries, I was greatly impressed!
Negative: I found nothing I did not like at this property. No complaints nor problems.

Positive: This is a large hotel right off the city’s famous main square a short 5 minute walk away. Our room was a good size modern comfortable and well appointed. The hotel was a car park but it’s also shared by the general public so not sure or private. The reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming after a long drive they seemed to me to be a little too indifferent ?
Negative: The breakfast set up was a bun-fight. Too few tables for so many guests. Like always some of the guests from a largish group were rude as we had to queue for a table. The issue is made worse by the badly designed reception breakfast area where they have tried to squeeze a Bar, a Sitting Room, the Reception and the Breakfast area all into one place. The result is clearly not enough tables.
Summary: A good place to stay very close to the main square. Large modern comfortable rooms with parking.
