Summary: Really bad reception lady. Talked in phone and had me waitibg looong time. No information about hotel breakfast timr or other info. Wrong info regarding parking/electric chargingstation (sad it was inhouse but was not) did not know anything about how to charge "I think there is a app". We are on a roadtrip from spain to Sweden and this was first time the reception was the thi g to remember (in a bad way). No really disapponited.

Summary: Overall a very nice stay. I wouldn’t consider this a 4.5 star hotel, but it was nice and comfortable, staff was friendly and room was functional and a decent size. River view room was nice, beautiful view.

Summary: Nice hotel attached to the casino very near the castle. I enjoyed running through the castle in the morning. Other than the castle, the location is rather inconvenient and away from the rail station and town, but still walkable.

Summary: Hotel is advertising that its a wellness hotel. However the wellness (sauna, steambath, jacuzzi) is very small and was crowded. Dont go there for the wellness!

Summary: Very happy with amenities, location, staff, cleanliness and pretty much everything. The room was exceptional, really quiet and with an exceptional bed! We were able to fully recharge each night with a very good night’s sleep! We enjoyed the river view, the breakfast and also the fitness and wellness area!!!

Summary: Very clean hotel. Attached to the casino. We asked at the front desk if we can turn in the AC. They did it for us and set the temp.
