Summary: Greeted with a warm welcome, staff were all friendly, the lounge area is comfy and cosy, great to enjoy a drink. The rooms were clean and spacious too, great value for money. Location is also fab, right opposite the shopping center and a two minute stroll from the Christmas markets!

Summary: This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance from the main attractions and neighbourhoods. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel restaurant/bar is very comfortable. The hotel was for us a modern home for a few days. Katowice was a surprise for its progressive, modern approach and its Silesian pride.

Summary: The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and it was immaculate. Also, the small things make a difference, which is why I'm writing to say the body wash (Elemental Herbology) in the hotel smells so good. I will definitely stay again.
