Positive: I like the hotel swift and smooth check in and check out. Travelling with family, we arrived 2 hrs early than the standard check in time, but were allowed to check in early. This very helpful since we are travelling with elderly and two children. The Aircon in the room also work very well, the fridge actually is working which is very good.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff. Close to where we needed to get to. Food places close by. Breakfast selection and quality was amazing.

Negative: Shower wasn't hot enough. Aircon was strong and hard to turn down. Only the fan strength could be adjusted, the temp dial didn't do anything. Shower had some mould marks but the hotel was in the midst of renovations.
