Positive: Another excellent stay with Mercure. The hotel is in a great location in Jayapura and feels modern, comfortable and well maintained. The room was spacious, attractive and very comfortable, with a similarly well-presented bathroom. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and service throughout my stay was efficient. The food was also very good. Overall, a very comfortable and reliable hotel and I would happily stay here again.
Negative: Very little. I really had no significant complaints about my stay.

Positive: It is not the best hotel that I ever stayed but it offers excellent value for money, even compared with others in the same area. The environment is safe, but traffic is crazy. The staff is very friendly helpful.
Negative: Even the superior rooms are tiny and don't really offer a great working place. This is a pity and is actually the only downside of the hotel.
