Summary: The hotel is excellent. Its location is perfect, close downtown, restaurants, laundry services, markets, etc. The breakfast is amazing, with fruit, scrambled eggs e omelettes made on time, coffe, Vietnamise coffee, yogurt, bread etc. The room is so comfortable and the service is polite. I defintively recommend it.

Summary: Location of the hotel is convenient for my work around the area however the room itself is not the most desirable. The pillows provided was flat so I took the extra pillows from the cupboard and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My neck and my upper back was itching so bad that I threw the 2 pillows from the cupboard onto the floor. Then I wrapped the soft pillow with towel before I could sleep. I suspect it was dust mites from the 2 pillows in the cupboard. For a Mercure, I find this unacceptable

Summary: this is an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price "next door" to the old quarter of Hanoi.
