Positive: Comfy bed and nice pillows. Carpet in the room seemed like it needed a clean but the room was a decent size. Perfect location for Brands Hatch, only a minute walk to the main entrance and 10 mins to the first buildings, stands etc..

Negative: The shower itself was powerful and hot but the cubicle itself needs a deep clean. The floor of the bathroom was minging, looked like its never had a proper clean, ever. The shower gel tub was also empty. Pretty poor considering the price for 1 night. Great location for Brands Hatch, not so great for cleanliness.

Summary: Good location, not so good for cleanliness.

Negative: The lack of selection for a vegetarian in both the restaurant & bar. The bed wasn't that comfortable & the pillows for me, was to hard. The hot water for the basin took ages to come through.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable hotel with lovely decor, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Lia on the front desk who we met on arrival. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing, good portions and well presented, and breakfast was equally good. Our dinner time waiters were also all really friendly and served us well. Great access to the spa, pool and beauty rooms which we made use of during our stay.

Negative: Unfortunately our bed was not comfortable at all, we didn't have a good night's sleep, and there was no soundproofing in the room so we could hear what was going on around us. When we arrived there were a few used glasses outside our room from the previous occupants and they weren't cleared away until the following morning. Although the spa facilities were nice, the water in the pool was very cold, and there weren't enough loungers around the pool. My husband and I both had a massage; he enjoyed his but I didn't have a very relaxing experience. The young girl who massaged me was nice and polite but gave me a massage which was not pleasant as she had acrylic nails which were too long, and consequenlty I could feel her nails rather than her fingers and hands throughout the massage. I could also hear shouting from a trainer in the gym whilst I was having the treatment. All in all, not a relaxing or calming experience for me. I would like this feedback to be passed onto the manager of the spa directly, as I understand they may be separate from the hotel. Thank you

Negative: The open bar & restaurant. Only main coffee machine out of order. Alternate coffee made returned, just warm milky water. Main restaurant food not up to standard, albeit mngr & waiting/serving staff extremely helpful. Onion bhaji - 1 raw, 1 crispy. Big wait for main. Arrived with cool skin over sauce, chicken ok, never a Korma Masala, very dark & No yogurt/cream content, extremely salty & glupey, - Inedible!!! Mngr removed charge for it. Too many Asian dishes against too few UK dishes. Restaurant suffering as compared with 120 rooms & full occupancy hardly any guests in or using the restaurant.

Summary: So disappointed as a good hotel & accommodation but left feeling all I did was reasonably complain about the beverag

Negative: Housekeeping, first morning no shower gel, asked receptionist. Room serviced. In shower next morning, no shower gel AND now no hand wash (500ml containers?) obviously not been check in days! Very poor, and no feedback from hotel after complaint on departure.

Positive: Evening meal was very good with a good choice on the menu, breakfast was also good with good selection, they did seem a bit short of staff, on ourarrrival we ordered lunch and it took a while to arrrive, nonetheless it was tasty

Negative: More info re.parking at reception, and the bedroom could with a comfy chair , the lockers for the swimming pool had no padlocks

Summary: It was perfect for our overnight stay as we attended a festival at Brands Hatch

Positive: Impressed with it being adjacent to Brands Hatch. Everything was perfect for our needs. We used the restaurant for our evening meal. We had a long wait particularly as we had two young children in our party but the food was excellent with hospitable staffing. Price for parking was good giving us parking for the following day, although unused as we had access to Brands paddock.goo

Negative: We did not take breakfast as we considered it too expensive.

Positive: The location is spot on for Brands Hatch race circuit I walked into the circuit. I had a nice meal in the bar which opens till 9.30pm for food. Staff were all very friendly. Swimming pool looks lovely although I didn't use this. Breakfast was lots of choices I didn't use the car park but understand that is an extra charge.

Negative: Hot water in the evening was a little luke warm for a bath. But was fine in the morning
