Positive: Brilliant hotel with friendly staff, particularly the Bar staff, Malcolm, Bill and John. The food was really good with reasonable prices, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was superb and the single room had plenty of space with all amenities

Positive: The location was great for what I needed. The main building is well kept outside. The spa treatments were great and the Spa staff were brilliant.

Negative: Needs some renovation in areas. Windows were painted shut in my room, no phone to order room service. Could do with a fridge in the room. Generally looking tired, Which is a shame for a beautiful building. Swimming pool could do with been a touch warmer especially as your surrounded by glass.

Negative: I had paid for a classic room with 2 double beds and a bath to relax being pregnant. However the tv in that room did not work so I was moved to a room with one bed and no bath which was disappointing

Positive: Superb lady on reception. Repeat visit and felt like five star service. The hotel was busy with functions but she found me a quiet room and even called the room after about 20 minutes to check everything was okay and if I needed anything.

Negative: Nothing!!!

Positive: The gentlemen that checked me in was very helpful and had a really nice manor. The food in the restaurant was excellent and surpassed my expectations. The gym is well equipped and a nice place to workout.

Negative: There was a lack of atmosphere, I was staying quite far away from the main part of the hotel and it was quite and felt cold. I was disappointed that there were not any water in the room on arrival.
