Positive: Chambre agréable, propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. La responsable est réactive a à cœur de satisfaire sa clientèle. Très appréciable.
Negative: Pas de réfrigérateur ni de cotons dans la chambre standard, et le nombre de cintres est limité. Mais possibilité de prendre la chambre privilège pour avoir ces services.

Positive: The hotel has a good location, is clean, and the rooms are spacious. Some members of the staff were friendly, smiled, and made me feel genuinely welcome as a guest.
Negative: Not all of the staff were welcoming. I felt as though I was inconveniencing some of them when I asked if I could store some food in the fridge. There were also no water refills, unlike what I am used to in other 4-star hotels. Cotton pads were not provided, which I would normally expect in a hotel of this category. I was only given a few hangers, even after requesting more for my two-week stay.

Positive: Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, plenty of gluten free choice. Room soundproofed from any street noise. Quiet air conditioning. Location couldn’t be better. 10 min walk from station. Town around the corner. 👍🏻😃
Negative: Replace the awful red corridor carpet. Yes decor is a little dated that is fine as everything else was good. Just that carpet 🙁
