Positive: Once again the staff at reception and at the bar makes all the difference in the world. As a hotel this was very standard but the staff is golden. Location is great (but which hotel isn’t in a place like Andorra la Vella?). The room was clean and the bed was very decent.

Negative: Although the building looks modern, the room (269) seemed to have only one (free) electrical outlet and that was close to the entrance and thus impractical. Nowadays people have many things that need charging. There was no USB of any sort. As a hotel building it is pretty impersonal. Breakfast was only ok. Scrambled eggs and everything around it was more cold than hot.

Positive: The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The room was comfortable, with good water pressure and consistent hot water in the bathroom. A special mention to the gentleman at the reception in the morning, who was absolutely fantastic. With snowfall starting and us coming from a place with no snow, he took the time to give us very clear and reassuring advice on driving safely back to Spain. He also shared excellent local information and tips. His friendliness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay memorable.

Negative: Property feels a bit dated, and while breakfast was adequate, the options were limited and some items (such as the scrambled eggs) were served cold.

Summary: Overall, a pleasant stay with very helpful staff and a convenient location.

Positive: Room was clean and quite comfortable. The hotel had a lot of decent amenities but I didn't stay long enough to try them. Staff were excellently helpful.

Negative: No electrical socket near the bed, so I had to put my phone on the other side of the room to charge it
