The villa Le Beau Site overlooks its entire height (3 landings of 16 steps), the small village of Moulinet (Alpes-Maritimes) at 800 meters above sea level. The village is very quiet, located at the gates of the Mercantour park.
Its location is privileged since it is both in a natural park and 45 minutes from the sea (Menton (32km), Monaco, Nice, Ventimiglia).
The Gîte is at your disposal all year round.
It is located on the 1st floor of our main house with its small garden N ° 101 and accommodates 2 people.
Covering an area of 24 m2, it includes:
A kitchenette, a living area, a bathroom with a shower, WC, sink.
In the living room: A beautiful comfortable sofa bed, a TV, WIFI access, individual electric heating;

Summary: A warm welcome from the family when I arrived with much needed help to get my bags up the four flights of steps. The property is very well appointed, especially as it has its own private terraced garden overlooking the village and valley. All conveniences were provided to make my stay a very comfortable one.

Summary: The apartment was very clean, the host very welcoming and the view was amazing. Be prepared to climb quite a few stairs to get to that great view though. There was ample parking and the village is just 1 minute walk away. We were able to make a reservation for the one restaurant in the village where we had a nice and reasonably priced meal. The area is remote, quiet and with quite stunning views. We were travelling on a motorcycle and the area provided wonderful riding. The apartment was a great stopover.

Summary: We love it. We spent a very nice time in this beautyful house. Simone and Georges are a very poltert couple and we felt very, very fine. The flat has a charming interior and the Villa placed at a fine point in the beautyful village Moulinet. The area around Moulinet is also realy beautyful. We are totaly glad to decided for this nice place and hope to be there again very soon. Merci Sascha et Sonja
