Positive: Located deep in Old town. Wouldn't recommend for people with bad knees or heavy luggage. Room was clean enough for me, with hot shower.There are some kitchen appliances. Host is responsive.

Positive: The location of the property was perfect for us, very close to the beach and town. However these are a lot of steps up to the property which is a nightmare when your taking up your luggage.

Negative: The property wasn’t very clean at all. When we arrived the bin hadn’t been emptied, there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the toilet was very dirty. Although there is a kitchen there are no pots or pans so you can only really cook stuff in the oven.

Summary: It was fine for the time we were there but not up to expectations.

Positive: I liked the fact that the place was cozy and had everything it was needed, despite of the small size: in facts it is a small flat rather than a room, you can also store something in the fridge or have a cook.

Negative: There were just two main cons in this apartment: first one was the poor phone signal, at least with my telephone company. The second one was that the frame of the bed is wooden and pretty old, which means that it squeaked at every body movement.

Summary: The flat is good and very cost effective, I would just improve the bed comfort
