Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This is a special place in the world. The healthy cuisine and organic, home made food including bread…delicious! The easy hiking in the gentle hills and vineyards was gorgeous. Birdsong…and the room had everything needed with a nice balcony . The fasting program seemed very supportive and well-organized. A great value for full board and spa amenities.

Negative: The front desk staff may have felt challenged by the English/German language barrier but sometimes when dealing with them one felt they were a wee bit annoyed by having to help with various inquiries or questions. It’s not the “solicitous” service attitude one gets in the US at boutique hotels. Probably just a cultural thing.;)
