Positive: Really is just over the road from an excellent beach. Fully equipped kitchen for the small amount of cooking I did (the apartment is surrounded by some excellent restaurants). The balcony was great for an end of night drink and for drying everything from a day in the sea. Lift/elevator for the lazy (me) as this is 4th floor. Great communication too lead to easy meet up/key handover.

Negative: The apartment does need some repairs, nothing major just lots of little bits and pieces mainly cosmetic (everything- hob, fridge, shower, air con, etc all work with no problems) so it wouldn't take much to make it great. The way I see it, it is right on the beach and at a great price. I'd return.

Summary: Relaxing stay in a large apartment.

Positive: The apartment is located in the best area possible: by bus you get in the city in about 5-10 minutes, the station is right across the street, there is a supermarket there, a Starbucks, and a few restaurants nearby. The sandy beach is like 5 min walking and the view from the terrace is really nice! Wi-fi worked well and in general the furniture is ok, functional. Apartment is quite well-equipped Another good add-on was the connection with Emily, our point of contact, she was very kind to arrange the transportation from and to the airport and willing to help at all times!

Negative: In my opinion, the apartment requires some good renovations. Also, it was sort of clean, but not to my expectations, the windows were not clean for example, it felt like a minimal cleaning happened. It can get noisy during the night from neighbours or traffic. Overall for a 4 day stay it was OK, but at least the cleaning service needs improvement.

Positive: The apartment has very good location. The small beach is across the road, and the closest big beach is about 8 minutes away. There are shops and restaurants very close. Also the bus stop it is just across the road. Which is convenient, because we were exploring other cities. Service was great. Emily was very helpful. She was answering really quick and resolved any issues that we had. Also, we are very thankful that she allowed us to stay longer on our day of checking out without any extra cost. Also, just across the road we had opportunity to book and go for our boat trips.

Negative: It was just one thing that was not really convenient- the shower cabin. Point is that there is straight floor and the only thing that was stopping water to spread everywhere on the floor in the bathroom -was carpet. So, we needed to change it every third day. Because if to not do that it starts to stink and it’s really unpleasant when you go out from the shower to step on it, because it had a lot of water.

Summary: Really good place. Highly recommend.
