Positive: It was clean and well equiped. Nice situation next to the sea and at about 1h from a lot of cities we wanted to see.
Negative: The road, you have to be used to it.

Positive: The property is tastefully done inside. The bedrooms are nice with balconies and doors opening completely, bed linen has a premium feel and you can shut the windows to make it dark. The kitchen is good and well equipped (but no microwave) with an open plan to the sitting area. Overall, the house feels fresh with minor early signs of wear. The bedroom downstairs is in the basement. In the house in the middle, where we stayed, the basement was ok but we didn’t sleep there. It had a window but you can’t see anything from it. It was quite cool in there so could be good for hot days. The house is near a big but almost empty motorway. If you’re in the garden or have the windows open, you will hear the cars. However, because there aren’t many cars it is not noisy or overbearing as can be with busy motorways. It felt more like a fast country road and the cars passing by quickly became a white noise. The gentleman looking after us - Dimitris - was very nice, friendly and hospitable.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Location is very good if you have a car with you. Very quiet neighborhood and the villas have a great/relaxing view to the see. Nice aesthetics and modern/minimal decoration. All the kitchen appliances/equipment are present. The host offered us grapes which was a very nice gesture.
Negative: No breakfast is included in the price and except for some coffee capsules and a couple of bottles of water (in fridge) nothing else was offered. There is nothing to hang the towels in the bathroom. The water is not drinkable.
Summary: A very nice and quiet location for family vacations, if you have a car/transportation.

Positive: The local host was really friendly: after a delayed flight he welcomed us in the midst of the night. The following morning we found fresh oranges on our door step, to recover from our journey. It was the perfect location to start our holiday: super clean, perfect beds, close to the sea and some small (and not too crowded) little villages. The apartment itself had several balconies, so you could move around.
