1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Hunting on the property, please review property boundaries and don't walk on neighboring parcels.

5) No fireworks on the property

6) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us if that number changes as extra guest fee of $20 per person per night applies.

7)Pets must be authorized and a $250 pet fee will apply per pet.

8)Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $25 plus postage.

9) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slip and slides are allowed, but you can't use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.
