Summary: This was our third time staying at the hotel, and we had loved the prior two times, but there were two issues this time. At check-in we had a similar room to the one we booked, but not the one we booked. Thankfully, the staff resolved that the next night. The last night our room flooded due to an accident in the room next door - unfortunately compensation was offered but not provided once we had checked out. It’s too bad because the stay was lovely and comfortable otherwise - unfortunately, when you pay a certain amount, your expectations are greater and they were not met on this latest stay.

Summary: All great - location, staff and quality. Breakfast rich and delicious- unfortunately the presence of uncontrolled kids walking around the buffet and touching the food was the only inconvenience.

Summary: A cherished favourite, especially for our 15th wedding anniversary We've been returning to this hotel for years, and it has never once disappointed us. The staff are consistently warm and attentive, breakfast is generous and delicious, and the pool area and amenities are beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is excellent — a real blessing in warmer months. This visit was especially special, as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, and the hotel kindly surprised us with a bottle of cava to mark the occasion — a lovely touch that reflects the genuine care this team brings to guest experience. One small suggestion: I noticed the artificial turf around the pool, presumably installed during Spain's drought period. While I understand the water-saving intent, it gets uncomfortably hot underfoot when stepping out of the pool, retaining heat in a way real grass doesn't. It also feels slightly at odds with the hotel's elegant grounds, particularly the beautiful olive tree in the garden. Given the hotel's calibre, a return to natural grass — perhaps paired with drought-resistant landscaping — might be worth considering for both comfort and sustainability. A small detail, but one that would elevate an already wonderful experience. We look forward to celebrating many more anniversaries here.

Summary: We were overwhelmed by the Melia Sitges on arrival. The photos and descriptions do not do it justice. The property is gorgeous. The public spaces are huge, welcoming and well thought out. The restaurant and pool area are amazing. Our room was fantastic and the view unmatched. The big surprise was the breakfast buffet. We had just finished a luxury cruise and this was even better than the cruise buffet! We will return.

Summary: I really like this hotel. It is a little out of the way from the main part of town, but it’s in a nice area and we had no trouble getting Ubers. Great beach and restaurant close by and we could take hotel towels. Pool area was well maintained
